At Bright, we stand behind the quality of our scooters and aim for customer satisfaction. Our Refund and Returns Policy ensures a smooth process if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your scooter within 30 days of purchase if it is in unused condition and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase must be provided for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized scooters are non-returnable. Additionally, items that show signs of use, damage, or wear are not eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer support at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your scooter. You will receive instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace scooters if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please contact us for further assistance.
